Here at Aspire UK Interiors we are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our team here at our manufacturing headquarters in Nelson, Lancashire.
• Duties will include:
-Manufacturing high quality shopfitted items in a busy workshop
-Working from CAD drawings
-Working on own initiative and as part of a team
-General Factory duties will also be required
• The ideal Candidate should have the following;
-Candidates must have experience in bench/workshop work.
-NVQ2 or higher in appropriate qualifications.
-Experience in laminating (using Formica, Polyrey etc).
-Experience working on a panel saw and edgebander and also hand held power tools
-Experience working in solid surfaces (Corian, Staron etc) would be advantageous
-Capable of working to a high Standard
-Able to work independently with an ability to work from technical drawings
-You may be required to work on site from time to time
-This is a permanent position & the working day is between 8.00 – 5.00pm with an early finish on Friday
