JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties will include:
• Manufacturing high quality shopfitted items in a busy workshop
• Working from CAD drawings
• Working on own initiative and as part of a team
• General Factory duties will also be required
The ideal candidate should have the following;
• Candidates must have experience in bench/workshop work. NVQ2 or higher in appropriate qualifications.
• Experience in laminating (using Formica, Polyrey etc).
• Experience working on a panel saw and edgebander and also handheld power tools
• Experience working in solid surfaces (Corian, Staron, etc) would be advantages
• Capable of working to a high Standard
• Able to work independently with an ability to work from technical drawings
• You may be required to work on-site from time to time
• This is a permanent position and the working day is between 8.00 – 5.00pm with an early finish on Friday
Salary is by negotiation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
