16 Connaught Place is a striking office building located at the apex of Park Lane and Hyde Park, adjacent to Marble Arch.
The Ground floor has recently undergone a full refurbishment to provide 10,677 sq ft of ‘Grade A’ office accommodation.
As part of this refurbishment we manufactured the reception desk using Corian solid surface and an Oak veneered modesty screen to the centre of the desk to match the flooring.
Ceiling illumination was designed and installed using integrated strip lighting and ‘spray finish’ panels set up into recesses to provide diffuse light and a point of visual interest.
The reception wall panels were also designed to provide further interest being manufactured from MDF with additional strips at different thicknesses to give them a feeling of depth. The panels were sprayed grey, then fixed on a matching angle and fitted with integrated strip lighting.
All items were bespoke made to site surveys working closely with both the client and the architect.
